Amazing adoption week or two!

To start off, what an amazing couple of adoption weeks/weekends Project Jessie has been having!

In the last 2 weeks, the amazing Andrea placed Coco (her foster springer spaniel pup), a tabby kitten, 2 exotic kittens (balinese /tonkinese), a siameser and 4 "fancy mice".
Jane cat's adoption was finalized and Duffy (the deaf kitten we've had since May - recovered from a traumatic injury) also left Andrea for his forever home.
We both worked to place Toby (chi x pom).
Saturday I adopted out my foster dog Chester (shihtzu x), and Sunday I adopted Penny (our lovely orange senior cat) and Pepsi & Sprite (two tabby kittens that were born to a feral mom). I have a good lead for Murray (our white persian) and even a lead for Sweetpea (a dear senior tuxedo girl).

A flurry of activity and an interesting fact - all of these lovely creatures came to us via 6 different agencies all across Ontario!

20 animals (3 dogs/puppies, 11 cats/kittens, 4 mice, 1 hamster) moved from foster care to adoptive homes in under 2 weeks.
Wow!

Please help us by voting in the Pepsi Challenge if you are able.

A lot of you have expressed frustration that we aren't moving - me too! Thank you for voting - We can do it!

One of our members pointed out that you have to be signed in order to have your vote count. (Even though it lets you click the "Vote now" button when you first get on the site - those votes won't count). If you check your "vote counter" at the bottom of the page you can make sure your vote went through...

If you have trouble reading the "squiggly words", hitting "refresh" will give you new words. Keep refreshing until you get two you can easily read.

Please vote for Project Jessie in the Pepsi "Refresh Everything" Challenge. Thanks to everyone who is voting! We are still in 4th place (and we need to be in the top 3 to win $10,000)

You do have to register once, and every day you get 10 votes (but can only vote for an idea once daily) Thanks everyone!
