Sounds like BULL to me!

A story published in the Toronto Star says that Toronto will release 6, 2000 pound bulls on the opening of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. The bulls will wend their way up Bay Street with wrangling cowboys on horseback to keep them in line. The bulls will then be “used” in the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair’s rodeo events. Huh? How does that make any sense? Incredibly stressful on the animals (although they will eventually be killed at the Royal, they really do deserve a peaceful death don't they?), dangerous for the animals as well as people in the area, and just plain stupid in my opinion. There could even be a human health risk from the flying "bull poop" that will be spread all along Bay Street. Oh wait, maybe that is a risk already.

The final decision to allow the “Bulls On Bay Street” event has not yet been made. The decision will be made by staff at the Toronto Film and Television Office.

Please call and e-mail to express your opposition to this event which ASAP. Lets get it stopped now before it gets started and becomes a yearly tradition.
